Okay, now it’s time to fess up. Are you addicted to Facebook? If social media is inadvertently causing you stress, maybe it’s time to curtail it a little, or, at least try not to compare yourself with others. It’s great to have goals and dreams, but if someone has something you don’t, be happy for them. By the same token, we can sympathize with those who are struggling or suffering loss. Life has its funny little ups and downs for all of us. It’s the human condition.
