I have found that taking high levels of anti-oxidants seems to keep my grey hairs very low. People are always asking if I use hair dye and I don’t. I do take a lot of nutrients, but the main thing I have stuck with for decades is high vitamin C… Try that with other anti-oxidants and you might come out with a reduced grey count! 🙂
