  • Spices –Turmeric, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg contain polyphenols as well as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Great for your brain.
  • Omega-3’s – This fat found in flaxseeds, fish, krill and nuts is linked to Alzheimer’s prevention. Omega-3-rich foods can decrease the rate of cognitive decline in dementia patients.
  • Dark, Leafy Greens – By increasing your consumption of dark, green leafy vegetables, you could decrease your risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia. (Think spinach and kale.)

Exercise Regularly:
